1. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
Customized or altered products cannot be returned.

2. Return Process

You will need to provide proof of purchase and images of the product (if damaged or defective).
Once the return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back.

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method with in 7 days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is in its original condition.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
